Add or remove slides from a custom show

  1. Open the presentation that contains the custom showAn independent group of slides that you select from an existing presentation. For example — in a presentation for training purposes, you might create a custom show for your marketing organization and another show for your testing organization. You open and view the custom show from within the existing presentation. that you want to change.

  2. On the Slide Show tab, under Play Slide Show, click Custom Shows, and then click Edit Custom Shows.

  3. Under Custom shows, click the custom show that you want to change, and then click Edit.

  4. Do one of the following:

    To

    Do this

    Add a slide

    Select a slide in the Slides in presentation list box, and then click Add.

    Remove a slide

    Select a slide in the Slides in custom show list box, and then click Remove.

    Tip  To select multiple slides, hold down  as you click the slides.
