Resend a message
You can resend a message, which is useful if someone tells you they did not receive it, or you want to quickly send it to new people. For example, you can use the original message as a template, change the contents, and resend it to a different group of people.
In the navigation pane, click Mail, and then click Sent Items.
Select the message that you want to send again.
On the Message menu, click Resend.
A new message window opens. If there are multiple recipients, you can remove recipients who do not need to receive the message again. You can also add recipients who were not on the original message, add or remove attachments, and change the contents of the message.
|Note If you want to resend multiple messages, you must do so one at a time. Repeat these instructions for each message.|
