A data form provides a convenient way to enter or display one complete row of information in a rangeTwo or more cells on a sheet. The cells in a range can be adjacent or nonadjacent. or table. The data form displays all the columns so that you can see all the data for a row at one time. This is especially useful when you have a range or table that has more columns of data than can be viewed on the screen.

Before you create a data form, you must add labels to the top of each column in the range or table. Excel uses these labels to create fields on the form.
